Rights available under California law
Depending on whether the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, applies to the business and information, California residents may have rights to know and access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination.
Categories, sources, purposes, and recipients
The current site may process identifiers (such as email address and name in correspondence), internet or network activity (hosting logs), and information voluntarily included in messages. Sources are you, your browser, and infrastructure providers. Purposes are delivering and securing the site, answering inquiries, and processing rights requests. Hosting and email providers may process these categories. Third-party call recipients independently collect information you provide during calls. See our Privacy Policy for current implementation details; historical business activity outside this website is not represented by this notice.
Submit a request
Email info@quotelightning.com with the subject “California Privacy Request,” use our contact form, or write to 415 N Camden Dr Ste 111, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Tell us the right you want to exercise and enough information to locate relevant correspondence. Do not send identity documents unless a secure, proportionate verification method is arranged. We may verify access, correction, and deletion requests using information appropriate to the request. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority. Opt-out requests do not require account creation or identity verification. Where applicable, we acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond to access, correction, and deletion requests within 45 calendar days, subject to permitted extensions. Applicable sale or sharing opt-outs are processed as soon as feasible and no later than 15 business days.
